All v8888 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made using the following payment methods currently supported on the platform:

- Nagad — digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited.
- Upay — mobile financial service operated by UCB Fintech Company Limited.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladeshi Taka to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete. v8888 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions. v8888 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud checks before releasing funds, which may extend the processing time in individual cases. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts that belong to the registered v8888 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Currency & Fees
All transactions at v8888 are processed in BDT. v8888 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (for example bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges. v8888 is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment processors. Players are advised to review the fee schedule of their chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.
All deposits to a v8888 account must be made from a payment account that is registered in the name of the v8888 account holder. v8888 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the associated v8888 account may be suspended pending investigation.

General Bonus Policy
v8888 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and seasonal offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the v8888 platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a v8888 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following standard conditions apply to all v8888 bonus offers:
- Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request for the associated winnings will be approved.
- Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at v8888. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one v8888 account, or opening a new account after a previous account has been closed by v8888 for rule violations.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point — including during registration, KYC, or a withdrawal request.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Engaging in, facilitating or colluding in any form of match-fixing, cheating or fraudulent betting activity.
- Using v8888 for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
Responsible Gaming Tools

Account Suspension & Closure

In the event of account closure for cause, v8888 may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a balance is withheld for investigation, v8888 will notify the account holder by email within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property
All content on the v8888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software — is the property of v8888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any material from the v8888 platform without express prior written permission from v8888. Unauthorised use of v8888 content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of the v8888 platform. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. v8888 operates as an online platform accessible from Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the v8888 internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
